Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your device in its original factory packaging, including all cables, remotes, and documentation, to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Aura
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our inspection center.
- 4.Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
